Do Backlinksthe number differenceof back links to the root domain and sub foldervs language subdirectories effect SEO?

myMy project has two language (English, English and Arabic) for. For this project we need more and more backlinksback links. Now issue isThe root domain has almost 60k backlinks,back links but sub folderfolders like /en/en has only 11k and /ar/ar has only 9000 backlinks, ifback links. If the main root domain don't have language segment i am redirecting it to default language.

Do these backlink differenceback link differences effect SEO and ranking. if? If so i can, should I load default language site without language segment. Below it my project link.
