Is there a good JS-based WYSIWYG HTML editor with flexible image upload out there? Ideally, I'd like an editor that allows me to handle image upload in a custom callback.

it looks like CKEditor is what youre lokking for. i havent used it for a cupple of years but it looks like its stil possible (Whith or whith out plugins) also check out there Docs |
