I joined the Redweb Search & Performance team in January 2016, bringing previous experience working as a project manager and production assistant.

As a self-proclaimed perfectionist I work predominately on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Analytics. My Monthly task would include management of analytics and tracking, creating reports and implementing tasks to improve the search performance rankings of clients.

My passion for psychology and data helps me understand and analyse potential issues and how to solve them.
