Do VPSs guarantee resources (CPU, memory) ? Or are they like a shared host (in terms of resources) but you can also manage your own site?
Shared hosts usually don't guarantee resources, they just say unlimited bandwith and things like that and the performance is best effort.
Is it different with a VPS? For example, it says 1 vCores, ...
