Title attribute on image inside a tag
Is there a reason to put a title attribute on an image (img tag) if this is inside a link (a tag) already with a title ?
(said that you already put the alt attribute to the img tag)

All caps <title> text - does it effect CTR ? Is it allowed
by having all your text in CAPS i presume that there is a slight increase in CTRs, has any one experimented / experienced this ?
Are you allowed to have all caps title text, or is it seen as spammy ...
