After restarting my computer and trying to log in to my wiki, I got the following message:

There appears to be a problem with your login session. Your operation has been stopped as a precaution against a security risk (which consists of possible "hijacking" of this session). Try sending the form again.

What mechanism causes this?

Is it the server? A MediaWiki setting? Or is it browser related?

MediaWiki version 1.39

Browser Firefox 124
