We have recently noticed that our competitors use some advertising service of Google on their websites to advertise their own Youtube channel using animated banners created in Google Web Designer. We want to use the same Google's service but are unable to pinpoint exactly which service this is. Since both ours and our competitor's websites are in a language that is not supported by Google AdSense, we assume that this service is neither AdSense nor Google Ad Manager. How can we find the correct service? One of our competitor's websites is https://europop.ge/ (notice the animated banners)
