I've setup a CloudFront distribution to benefit from AWS global caching service.

I want to compare the performance before applying it onto the main domain.

The setup is as follows:

  • Main domain is being served from EC2 instance directly without CloudFront.
  • 2nd domain has same replica on same EC2 instance and is linked to a CloudFront distribution

CloudFront distribution performance seems OK for the setup. But task is 'Not to Cache' Wordpress Admin Panel. Below are details,

Cloud Distribution Settings: enter image description here enter image description here enter image description here

ORIGIN Settings: enter image description here

All Behaviours Settings: enter image description here

WP-ADMIN Behaviour Settings: enter image description here enter image description here

WP-LOGIN Behaviour Settings: enter image description here enter image description here

Issue: As mentioned earlier, site urls work fine, but WP Panel show slow performance, especially when I upload media from WP Admin Panel. The media upload speed of Main site is faster as compared to upload speed of Replica site. I want similar speed on site with CloudFront distribution as well. So I guess tweaks are needed in the Wp-Admin or Wp-Login Behaviours.

Let me know if someone can help me through
