I am unable to find out why the google search console says "Page redirected" and is considered as duplicate and is not crawled. I have a ssl key to my website and i have the following in the .htaccess which redirects from non-www to www + http to https

RewriteCond %{HTTPS} on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.(.*)$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.%{HTTP_HOST}/$1 [R=301,L]
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} 80
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.example.in/$1 [R,L]
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule . index.html [L]

I am unable to understand why all my pages are being considered as duplicate between non-www and www. I have tried to follow the instructions to put in a permanent 301 redirection and search console still says the same.

I tried using example.com for my domain.I dont see any data like organic keywords, backlinks etc. though I gave access permission for my search console account.
