I have a mediaWiki web site with about 350 web pages.

If all web pages, without exception, are interchangeably linked by taxonomy (categories), and moreover, there are also other indicators for web pages like a "all web pages page" or "Recent changes page",
do I still need a sitemap for SEO?

A problem might arise if I forget adding a category to some page.

  • If there are links that ultimately lead to the URLs you'd be adding to a sitemap, search engine bots will find and index them - so no, you don't need a sitemap if that's the case. – dan Jun 19 '19 at 7:13
