I've configured Feedback Loop (FBL) abuse reports for newsletter on https://returnpath.com to track users, who mark my emails as "Spam" and unsubscribe them on my end. The problem is, I couldn't figure out how to read these reports.

Here is an example of abuse report message headers that I receive from Return Path.

Content-Disposition: inline
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
Content-Type: message/feedback-report

Feedback-Type: abuse
User-Agent: ReturnPathFBL/2.0
Version: 1
Arrival-Date: Thu, 21 Feb 2019 15:34:23 +0000
Reported-Domain: psrp.example.com
Subscription-Link: https://fbl.returnpath.net/manage/subscriptions/xxxx
Original-Rcpt-To: 1964db289972f4c9d70e9eedde80d908@mail.ru
Original-Mail-From: dq0tus@psrp.example.com
Source-Ip: x.x.x.x
Source: Mail.Ru
Abuse-Type: complaint

As I understand, the complaint came from 1964db289972f4c9d70e9eedde80d908@mail.ru

The problem is, I never sent my newsletter to this email. How could possibly complaint come from there, or am I reading it wrong?

Looks like returnpath.com encrypts user email. Thus custom headers like Message-ID or User-ID have to be implemented – icherevkov Feb 22 at 10:59
