[This is my first question. I have no good skills to ask it in a better way. So don't mind]

I want to ask you that is there any HTML meta/link to customize browser default look and feel. It does't mean to influence document but browsers itself appearance. I know some of which work on Chrome mobile to change its color. For example:

    <meta name="theme-color" content="#ff0000">

This will turn browser's top head part to red. Similarly, I found some more iOS and windows tags too from another question. But they are only for mobile phone version and change only color. I wish I could find some more similar tags to enhance website performance and look and some for desktop versions too. I don't want to know about those CSS and JavaScript styles which change scrollbar etc.
