My personal blog is developed with Nuxt.js, and hosted on Github Pages.

In order to work on my SEO, I have filled my general meta tags and individual page meta tags like so:

General:

meta: [
      { charset: 'utf-8' },
      { name: 'viewport', content: 'width=device-width, initial-scale=1' },
      {
        hid: 'description',
        name: 'description',
        content: "Christopher Kade's blog"
      }
]

Per page:

head() {
    return {
      // Sets the article title as the page title
      title: this.article.title + ' - Christopher Kade',
      meta: [
        {
          hid: 'description',
          name: 'description',
          content: this.article.title
        }
      ]
    }
}

Yet, none of my articles appear individually on Google (to my knowledge).

When typing Christopher Kade my blog is the first link, yet, when typing for example "Building a CLI with Yargs Christopher Kade", my article is nowhere to be found.

What could be the cause of that? Could it be the hosting service I use?
