However, the host (should) attempt to guard against this by limiting the number of emails that can be sent per domain (per hour) and stating in their T&Cs that sending spam email is not allowed. | |

You could always get a secondary IP (most dedicated server providers give you up to 8 for free) if you were concerned. | |
