What I said was "I don't want to see something like this", meaning it hasn't happened. What I meant was the text in the screen shot is an "actual example" of some content that might appear in a CC on a real website. I think we simply have a communication issue.

What's the difference? I'll admit that I'm asking mostly for curiosity's sake, and simply to know the answer. If there's something about the content itself that has an effect on indexing, I'd love to know about it.
