Google isn't going to swap them on its own, but it will crawl different versions if it finds links to them. If you have URLs with multiple parameters that you want in search engines you need to make sure that you are very consistent about the order when linking from your own site. It would also be a good idea to implement canonical tags or redirects so that search engines know which version is the preferred order. Then search engines don't have to try to guess about how to deal with the duplicate content. | |
