I have faced a similar issue with my free business listing website www.allinfohub.net.

ThatThis was the url structure:

https://allinfohub.net/directory/nationals-electricals/www.allinfohub.comhttps://example.com/directory/nationals-electricals/www.example.com

I found the issue in my website footer. ThisThe domain was added in a repeated form in the copyright link. I have removed the repeated link and the issue was fixed.
