Order of DIV managed with css, does this impact Does it cause any SEO issues for my <h1> tag to come after my <h2> tag in the HTML?

I have a <Div><div> with an <H1><h1> tag that I movemoved to the top of the page withusing CSS, Butbut in the code, the <H2><h2> is abovetag comes before the <H1><h1> tag.
