It appears that this format is generally found when adding canonical tags to a webpage  <link rel="canonical" href="https://example.com" /> However, using OpenelementOpen element the href is replaced by content ie <meta Can<meta <link rel="canonical" content="example.com" />. Can anyone tell me if this is acceptable?
