Does having a keyword in the domain, and repeated again in pagethe path of the URL hurt SEO?

Which of the following URL structurestructures would be best for a non-ecommerce site:

What would be better for SEO? Would thatrepeating the keyword in the first URL be considered keyword stuffing since I have an important keyword already in my domain name?
