Blocked ip of Point second domain at website how to point anotherwhen only CloudFlare IPs have been white listed for first domain to site?

Hi so I blocked the ipIP address of my website cozbecause I'm using cloudflareCloudFlare whose ipsIPs I've whitelistedwhite listed.

I have another domain which I want to point to my site. Besides an IP address is there anyway iI can point this other domain to my websites fqdn?

Please assist Thanks!
