I Design websites for small businesses, and work on corporate sites as a part of a larger team. I Somehow became obsessed with Wordpress, but don't get the opportunity to use it for my corporate work, so I truly enjoy working smaller sites and customizing Wordpress for a variety of applications.

How should I fix the problem of duplicate content created by my CMS system's manual page alias feature? Thanks for clarifying the duplicate content issue. I guess it is more of a problem between different domains. |

Alternatives to Google Sites for a personal web site? @FeralOink You should take out the mention of WordPress.org or revise the description. It is in fact free, but it is for self-hosting WordPress. |

Has Google stopped offering it's “Weighted” Analytics sorting filter? if you add the bit about turning of segments to your answer I will accept it. I think your answer is very comprehensive, but wasn't why I couldn't sort by weight. Thanks. |

Has Google stopped offering it's “Weighted” Analytics sorting filter? Aha, I had been viewing my data with an advanced segment. Once I turned it off, the weighted option showed up! Thanks. |

Has Google stopped offering it's “Weighted” Analytics sorting filter? No matter what I try I can't get the "weighted option" to appear, it is always grayed out. Can you verify that it works for you? Are you in the content>site content> All pages view? |

why does Google Analytics show different top content results for URL and Page Title? I'll try that, but I guess I'm more curious as to why the content report functions this way. Wouldn't you expect to see the same pages but instead by title as I described? Duplicate titles is not my problem. |

Which way should I look at visits by region in Google Analytics? if the date range can easily get reset when drilling down, then I will probably stick with the advanced segment and just add the islands that are being missed by adding just "americas". |

Which way should I look at visits by region in Google Analytics? Thanks, I am just trying to report accurately on all traffic from the Americas on the whole. I am using this data to gauge traffic, but I want to have clearly written instructions for others in my company to generate consistent reports. |

Developing a new site over an existing site. How do I do this with WordPress? @anagio Yes it all depends on how complex the existing URL structure is. Could work without a hitch if planned carefully. |

Developing a new site over an existing site. How do I do this with WordPress? I believe it is a simple solution if you are not concerned with your current rank, and more complex if you are. I would also make sure you have researched other shopping cart options, since WordPress is not well known for this (although getting better all the time) |
