Layout Columns - Equal Height gonna upvote this since i just could not figure out a second way to do it.... having the columns set to height 100% while being in a height: auto row div should work in theory, but does not. very annoying. |

newbie in web designing The english is so poor that it's hard to figure out what exactly you want to know. JQuery is a javascript framework that makes it easier to do quite a few things, it has nothing to do with designs, though. CSS helps with design and layout, but again it's not clear what you're asking. |

How do you handle bad scripts or plugins unfortunately that is the problem. I would also assume that a plugin gets written because the creator needs it and writes it for himself, not caring too much about maintainability or how new functions could be added. Then releasing it because he feels other people may need it as well. He might not even be qualified to write something like it in the first place. You may not get any credit for submitting bugfixes even if you basically rewrite the whole thing. but i still think it would be better to fix it and make it better than to try and put blame on creators of plugins for what they do. |

How can I use my domain name to map into my Amazon EC2's public IP? according to serverfault.com/questions/252298/… you can just add an A or CNAME entry at your registrar's website and it should be ok. There are quite a few questions concerning this on serverfault. |

SEO effect of linking text out of context yes, for translation, and they kinda have to, since the translations would be a whole lot worse if they didn't. but they don't crawl to translate billions of websites a day, they translate a website only when someone 'asks' them to. they do crawl billions of pages a day for indexing, though. |

Lightweight online opensource css editor - php while it is possible to implement something that lets you edit css files or even html documents online i wouldn't recommend trying. Since there is very little use to something like that, i am fairly confident that no such thing exists in a downloadable form. I would always recommend editing the css offline and trying it out before uploading (if you have a css file and an html file you can just load it into a browser locally to see how it looks without even needing a webserver). |
