Can Google stop crawling/indexing your site because you are working a lot on it? If the site is getting modified, pages getting deleted generating 404's or even 301's etc - if site is in flux - then i think Google should wait. But a stablized site generating new content or content getting modified will be positive and important points in rankings. |

Copyright of pictures upload to a website? Clearly it depends on the law in each country. But Facebook, Google, Yahoo do allow upload of photos in public galleries but their legal terms vary country to country. |

Slower site with the *same* configuration than a mirror copy…? There is no much traffic in your site and i find it responsive from India. I suggest you to host in your country servers. All providers give 1 month free plan. So for your site shared hosting with good provider will do. |

Using a trademark as a subdomain? I agree with Su. You can harm any brand by any means whether using in url, subdomain or anywhere else. Just mere mention of it will do. So if you are not causing them loss or harm then go ahead and use it in the sub domains. I see all of them using. If you're marketing their product in any way, then there is nothing to worry. |
