comment How do i send an email attachment via cronjob?
Cronjob commands just run a program at a time. If you want to do something in particular then you need a program that can do it. Either find a command line email client that can handle attachments or write a custom program in the programming language of your choice.

comment Hosting a Subdomain
"I have already created a subdomain as subdomain.example.com using cPanel" — Then you either set up the DNS wrong, or you are looking at cached DNS results and have to wait for the changes catch up with you.

1. Depends on your DNS server. 2. Depends on your HTTP server.

comment Can it be a harm to Google SEO if I will insert
inside
?
h1 has a content mode of phrasing content which includes br. So no, it isn't an error.

comment Format of _escaped_fragment_ for complex states
There's no sign of the use of meta tags to force Google to treat the page as if it content came from a different URL in the question.

comment Format of _escaped_fragment_ for complex states
No, it won't. _escaped_fragment_ stuff only comes into play when you have #! URIs (which are obsolete now we have pushState and friends)

comment What's the most popular programming language for creating websites?
Their methodology is rather flawed. It looks like they determine the language used by looking at file extensions in the URL … and the top three languages are the ones I'd have said were the most likely to have file extensions in the URL.

comment Redirect incomplete URL to index page
Don't do that. If you can't find something, then say you can't find it (which is what 404 means), don't say that whatever they were looking at can be found on the homepage. It isn't what people expect to happen, and it makes it really hard to fix typos or copy/paste errors.
