You can make it hard to copy content and find ways to protect your IP (enforce authentication, have copyright notices, follow up on copyright breaches with search-engines, watermarks in images, disable copying & printing in PDFs you publish) but I doubt if you can totally prevent a determined user from stealing your content. A user can take a screenshot of anything he sees on his screen and possibly use OCR software to get at the text.
