Ah, it has to be the id number - you can't use the name. You can find your number through the 'claim' option I mentioned above (I think yours is 529447119). Also, despite what it says, you can only specify one admin id - it won't accept a comma-separated list.

Good summary. One addition - a managed server is one where the hosting company is responsible for it's upkeep - usually patches, backups etc (depending on your contract).
