comment My colleague can't visit our website through her provider after long downtime
I checked - whatsmydns.net/#A/yourmiddleeast.com it shows your ip as 162.209.11.30. Which matches the IP/A record listed with your media temple domain - who.is/dns/yourmiddleeast.com. To me this implies that there aren't any DNS issues and nothing is waiting to propagate etc. Again indicating that there is caching issue somewhere, DNS or other wise somewhere between your site and her keyboard! Can you get her to check it on her office pc / home pc / mobile all these will probably use different ISP / DNS's and may well yield different results. PS it loads fine in the UK.

comment WordPress keeps redirecting my users to install.php, Is it caused by an injection hack?
Also to whoever down voted my answer - fair enough if you disagree with what I am saying but then maybe take the time to explain why and share you views for the benefit of others rather than just blindly down voting.

Hi also dont forget that if someone does manage to get write access to you web files they can update existing scripts that appear legit. As an after thought if you have been compromised other people will almost certainly have been too. Next time your site is redirecting get the URL it redirects too and try googling "wordpress redirects to xxxxxx.com domain" and see if you get some suggestions like that maybe? Again good luck.

comment What deliverables should a web developer expect from a web designer?
Its not uncommon to get a branding guidelines document as well. Including key colours and fonts, line spacing etc for H and P tags etc

comment Internet Explorer 10 aborting some stylesheets
What about using @import you could keep the sheets separate and load them with an arbitrary file to join them...just a suggestion

comment Domain registrar that will allow separate sub domain NS record
@Paulmorriss Thanks for your comment - However I do understand how domain names work and have set up many sites with different NS / DNS multi company hook ups. My questions is that This is the first time that I have have had to set up a different name server for both the parent and sub domain. I have spoken to three popular domain registrars and they will not permit me to do this through their control panel. I am looking for a registrar that will. Note I am not talking about just setting a different A / MX record for the sub domain. Thanks.
