comment Moving a website to a new domain
Thanks for your answer! I agree with you. In my previous experience, I faced this issue, changing the site a lot. Especially changing the URL structure messes things up greatly. So I stick with Wordpress -as default as possible- but I'm still wondering if doing this "development" in a deployed domain with different domain name, or should I just develop it offline? I think you choose the second option.

comment Does the source of a visitor affect the revenue for Google AdSense ads?
Thanks for your answer ! May I ask this: is my adsense revenue is equal to (or a fraction of) the money that the relevant AdWords advertiser paid to Google ?

@Prasad Hehe, seems legit. That's why I'm asking instead of testing :)

comment Should I use canonical in case of partial content duplication?
yes, and one more thing, this could be wrong but, I guess the "upper" content is more important for seo. so also considering this, you will be probably fine. If your content is not spammy, don't worry too much about seo.

I think a majority of websites have that "static content", usually called the footer :)

comment Should I have to use canonical if I rewrite my URL?
if it will remain that way (single file, static HTML page), you could as well create a folder named "my-landing-page" , and make your file "index.html". You can also define an 301-redirect to the folder, so you don't have to dealt with robots' or canonicals.

comment When does Google consider linking as bad-neighborhood / link scheme/ spamming etc.?
so, for the case of w3 validator, it is safe, then ? anchor text is my domain name and it does not contain rel="nofollow". But that domain has millions of links to other sites.
