This question is not just another "recommend a CMS to me" -- this is a more specific "I am looking for a CMS with templates that are more readable, and specifically something more like CityDesk or MovableType." I disagree that this question is an exact duplicate.

comment WordPress feeds not indexing in webmaster tools
It looks like in that interface Google considers RSS feeds to be equivalent to sitemaps. The RSS refers to other content. Is the other content being indexed? I see 66 submitted pages and 46 indexed pages. How close is that to the actual content of the site?

It appears those RSS urls are actually "submitted," no? This does not indicate an error that I have seen.
