comment How to evaluate a web developer?
Competence can be determined by looking at work they've done in the past. If they are a young developer, you will have to try them out to find out. For integrity, do background check if possible. You can also ask them to lie (to judge character), plant traps, learn more about them (develop a relationship). Anagio above is right, developers can charge anything they want. from $2 to $200+/hour actually. It all depends on what you can afford, your budget for entire project, etc. Remember, you get what you pay for (usually, but not always). Good luck.

What platform do you use for your current store? Can it be customized? Why not just create an CSV importer for your store, and use the provided vendor excel sheets to keep inventory current always. For outsourcing, you will want to go with someone experienced in e-commerce if possible. Cost can start at $40 up to $200/hour.

comment Narrowing down my large keyword list for new PPC campaign
I see. Thanks. And as far as SEO for organic search goes.. I would think that my top keywords for PPC should be my top keywords for SEO site optimization, content, etc (for organic rankings). Is that right?

Thanks. So, i'm guessing that you do it little by little so that you can figure out what is affecting rankings. Is that right? When you revert to backup, will the rankings just go back to normal? How long should one wait once after each incremental change to see if it effects rankings?
