comment Do you need to disavow on [HTTPS SSL] after performing a disavow on [HTTP]
Hi Dhaupin, you don't use domain:example.com in the disavow on your own domain, that's target domains. The question is not about the contents of a disavow file. It is about the property in Webmaster Tool.

Sorry but you misunderstood the question or didn't read it fully. The site has already had a disavow using HTTP:// when all URLs were indexed under site:http://www.example.com back in last year. The site is now operating under SSL, under a new property, does this mean the same disavow must be added to this property, if so please cite reputable references.

comment Handling Duplicate Content & Pagination with Category Description
Page 1 will differ in page content that Page 2, therefore it is not duplicate. If it was a problem then the likes of eBay, Stack Exchange and even small sites wouldn't rank. This is not duplicate content.

comment Handling Duplicate Content & Pagination with Category Description
Apart from pagination pages, blog rolls and other mashups are not treated as duplicate content, the combination of the content makes the page unqiue, and will, and does get indexed, plus ranked by Google.

comment What should be included in email abuse policy?
Sorry but policies vary massively from one site to the next, from business to business. Asking users to list abuse polices is far to board. The only reason I mentioned opinionated which you seem to have fixated on, is that typically broad questions such as this attract opinionated answers, after all, they might think you need this, you may think otherwise... that becomes opinionated. Anyway, too broad.
