comment Keyword Specific VS Non-Specific Targeting in SEO
All examples are bad... Google dislikes over optimised anchors and you'd be better of using <a href="http://www.companyA.com">Company Name</a>.

comment Server wont let me save URLs to MySQL database?
Just checkin but you've issued yourself a SQL instance? because GoDaddy doesn't use localhost, it uses a remote instance DB server.

comment How often are “Links to Your Site” updated in the Google Webmaster tool?
Google Webmaster Tools is hugely unreliable in certain areas, and noticeably very lagged behind. The time links are reported you may have already lost those links, its pretty much a useless feature and I recommend you using a paid service that tracks links as Google does not have any obligation to return accurate or fast results.

comment Only tld with domain ending is indexed by google, the actual domain (without ending .de) is not indexed
It has nothing to do with the redirection of NON-SSL to SSL but rather than bad signals. Your site lacks a <h1> with rentnerado and your logo uses <img src="" alt="Startseite"> rather than <img src="" alt="rentnerado logo">, if you want to rank for certain keywords then your page content should reflect that, just having a 'exact match domain' is no longer enough. Also your site is pretty new, unless you have good off-page seo then you should expect low rankings for the first 6-12months.

comment Are Zip/Postal codes a viable requirement for credit card validation?
Then by knowing what country they live in will determine what validation you need to run on the form as it would be bad practice to not validate a valid postcode or zip before even attempting to take a payment.

comment Are Zip/Postal codes a viable requirement for credit card validation?
I 2nd what @w3d said, I've also never seen a online retailer who doesn't require country, additionally any purchase using a UK credit or debt card must have the full billing address which will include postcode and I fail to see how your payment gateway won't ask for these details because they would be 'refused' payment. The reason websites ask for country is because selecting a country will determine if that country uses a zip or postcode or something else.

You can disable those fields when countries that do not have a postcode using JavaScript or CSS.
