WordPress plugin on wordpress.org and github? If you are not the owner the plugins in question then you need to check the licenses that its released under, if no license is given then you have to assume that it has a license and you need to contact the author. In terms of making sense of each license then Wikipedia is your friend which has authority information regarding GPL and MIT licenses as an example. |

How to redirect IP to domain? You should be able to create a .htaccess file yourself, I'm not to familiar with Ruby on Rails but I'm assuming this is just running on Apache. |
