An epicurean who has read a Rand too many.

Happy to be opinionated and willing to be corrected.

Techie at heart and a manager by need, I tend to combine business and technology for doing awesome things.

When I get time from all these things, I sometimes think … and sometimes blog (not necessarily in the same order)

They can't "hack" your account. What could be done is that people can start calling the GA methods sending data to the GA storage engine that you do not want (e.g pushing a custom variable or an event).

@ThePHPUnicorn, this makes sense. Offer might have the same structure as you want, however its contextually incorrect.

comment Does lazy loading work on externally hosted images?
@Renuka to answer your question in short. Yes. What Question overflow is hinting to is that since the images are not being served from your domain, their transfer will start in parallel while your theme files are being downloaded and will not slow the page rendering process.

comment Should I track the login page?
If you want real usage stats, keep the redirects and code (accept the fact that for non-logged in users you will get reduced bounce rate, due to the redirection to the login page). However, for logged-in users, you will still get correct bounce rates, and you can even go down to the level of individual application users and see who is bouncing off which content.

When you remove the tracking from login, then for each redirect from a content page to the login page would be treated as a bounce!

There lies your problem @ErfanSafarpoor ! You could have redirected the 404s to the proper pages using 301s. By using disallow, you are basically asking Google to stop crawling that section of your site, ergo to forget all the previously done good work by you (since now in the eyes of the search engine, all the good ranking urls are either missing - 404s, or not allowed to be indexed - disallowed).

@ErfanSafarpoor can you check for 404s in GWMT? Have they gone up?

Which traffic source got hit the most? the second picture shows a huge spike in impressions during that time ... so I am guessing your organic traffic got hit the most, perhaps @Brendon could be right here?
