How can I prevent my mail from being classified as spam? Definitely DO NOT use a fake address. That's a sure way to get flagged a spam. Setting up a correct SPF record should remedy most issues once you stop using a fake address. If you're sending emails to a large number of recipients you shouldn't be doing that from a standard email account. Most email servers will treat it as spam. Services like MailChimp or CampaignMonitor will provide you a way send mass emails while adhering to standards the will prevent your messages from being flagged as spam. |
