comment generate seo friendly url for multi language system
The rewrite I gave above will only handle 2 "parameters". The first for the language, the second for the filename. If you want to use an ID, you'll need to add a 3rd match (the parts in brackets). So if you want mydomain/de/news/2/ss.html to rewrite to mydomain/news.php?id=2&lang=de you'd need a rewrite like RewriteRule ^([en|es|ru|de]{2})/news/([0-9])/(.*) /news.php?id=$2&lang=$1 and then do that for each of your different URL structures (ie. articles, gallery, faq, etc.

comment Can someone explain this website speed test result?
Looks to me like your server is too slow. You can optimize whatever you want, won't fix a slow server or bandwidth issues. Try running the same speed test on a faster host and see if that helps.

comment How title structure and separators affect SEO
The only real "effect" I believe seperators will have is the characters pixel-width. Google (not sure about Bing) limits the title's it displays to 512px, so using "thinner" characters may allow you to display an extra character or two.

comment Will inserting dummy hidden text via CSS for layout purposes harm SEO?
Could theoretically cause you problems. Not likely, but possible. Is there a reason you can't fill all that "content" with blank spaces, instead of lorem ipsum? Maybe a long series of   ?
