I am a code hacker... Meaning I find pieces of code and hack them together to get something mangled and ugly, but usually operational!

Email not sending to/from all Microsoft domains after adding dedicated IP and SSL (Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo!) Mails are being sent/recieved. Some are going to spam when sent, but not all. - Re: The link - I don't think will help. In fact, it think it is backwards. I want to send mail through my website's mail server, not Gmail. I believe that link describes how to use gmail's server instead... Also, I think it specifically refers to domains that use Google Apps, which I do not. Simply, I use Gmail as an email client. |

Email not sending to/from all Microsoft domains after adding dedicated IP and SSL (Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo!) I send email from the website (built on WordPress) and via Gmail as my email client (also cell phone with Gmail app). The Gmail "Send As" settings are - Mail is sent through: mail.xxxxxx.com Secured connection on port 25 using TLSMail is sent through: mail.xxxxxx.com Secured connection on port 25 using TLS |

Email not sending to/from all Microsoft domains after adding dedicated IP and SSL (Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo!) Yes, next to SPF it says Enabled & Active (DNS Check Passed). I turned on DKIM and it has the same message. |

Email not sending to/from all Microsoft domains after adding dedicated IP and SSL (Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo!) I got the SPF setup... It was actually just a "Enable" button in the cPanel... Forgive my ignorance, but I don't know what kind of mailserver, how can I check? |

Email not sending to/from all Microsoft domains after adding dedicated IP and SSL (Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo!) SPF record (Yellow Exclamation Point "Warning") You don't have a SPF record for the domain, meaning that you are not using the protection given from this kind of technology. This is only a warning, but please consider in implementing it! |

Email not sending to/from all Microsoft domains after adding dedicated IP and SSL (Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo!) Thanks, Netsetter. Here are the results. Can you guide me to correcting the issues? Acceptance of domain literals (Red X "KO")- Not all of your mailservers accept mail to postmaster@[ip_address] (Literal format). RFC1123 5.2.17 require all mailservers to accept mail to this kind of address. This is a common problem and actually can be ignored. The report of the test is: Does not accept mail to postmaster@[ip_address]. |

Email not sending to/from all Microsoft domains after adding dedicated IP and SSL (Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo!) Thanks William, this is actually the one thing I did check previously and I forgot to mention. Every check comes back OK. I have also added an update to my original question. |

Email not sending to/from all Microsoft domains after adding dedicated IP and SSL (Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo!) I decided to check my domain for this issue as well... and WOW! I am having the SAME problem. I have a dedicated IP as well, but my site's SSL is from GoDaddy, not OneClick. TurnKey also set up my IP and SSL... Now I am a bit sick to my stomach... How many potential clients didn't receive my estimates when they requested them through my website?!? |

Recommendation on how to get Authors to start using Headings instead of Bold I really like your "hand-holding" suggestion. I have went the education route, with no luck. Do you have a reference for a starting point? |
