comment Google: Where, in my google account, is the meta tag to verify my domain?
@SimonHayter If in the Console I go into Domains I can see the Main Domain but I see no setting or anything like that to allow to re-verify my domain.

@SimonHayter If I try to load google.com/a/mydomain.com I am redirected to the Console: admin.google.com/AdminHome

@SimonHayter when I try to loggin into Webmaster, it says: "You can't access the Webmaster Tool. Login into the Console and enable Webmaster Tools". Then I login into the Console, but I don't know how to enable it.

@ArttuRaittila I get my server collapsed due to these bots. I can't afford to pay for a better server right now. So, I need to limit these bots.

@FiascoLabs: there are at least 7 user agents whose don't observe Crawl-Delay value. I don't want to register, login, and understand their tool to get this. There must be another way to make the Crawl-Delay works. I just reformulate my question to see if this can be done in htaccess file.
