comment Google Analytics Dashboard: week-by-week view
After reading the comments and your question a few more times, I think I now fully understand what you're asking. My thought, though, is no matter if you're looking at a week-level resolution or a day-level resolution, the data itself won't change for the set period. Using your example: analytics -> site -> Standard reports -> audience -> overview -> right side of the window, click "week", will not show me different data than: analytics -> site -> Standard reports -> audience -> overview -> right side of the window, click "day", but the visual graph will change.

Are you creating custom dashboards? For example, I send my clients one weekly custom dashboard report that contains the following data: visits, unique visits, % new visits, avg. visit duration, bounce rate, pages/visit, pageviews, unique pageviews, visits by source/medium, and goal completions by source. All that data is compared to the previous period which is define by me, so it can be a week, month, quarter, etc.

comment Limited 301 Redirect performance in .htaccess?
Unfortunately, the client outsourced the development of the website. The first thing I did when I noticed hints of an IIS server was contact the client to have their development team remedy the situation(I, too, do not work with IIS). However, they do not understand what is trying to be accomplished as they sent me back the most ridiculous .htaccess file that made matters worse. I'll attempt to gather more information. Thank you.
