Looking to start a Phd in CS from TUFTS University starting in the fall.
Working with Android and AppEngine mostly. Have a couple of libraries up on my GitHub account as well.
Game for freelance projects to supplement my research stipends :-)

How does CNAME work for Google Apps for My Domain? Thanks. Firefox is awesome. So I guess the Google servers must differentiate on the basis of the the Host name passed in the headers. Makes sense. |

How does CNAME work for Google Apps for My Domain? OK, but if that is the case, surely the header must be 'subdomain.mydomain.com` otherwise how would it know whether to look up a Blog or and App. |

Adding a user specific website to a domain @paulmorriss Yeah... that sound more like it. I was thinking of somehow faking HTTP Authentication to make users have the same email address and website.... that would be cool... seems unlikely since we'd have to have a password anyway |

Adding a user specific website to a domain @paulmorriss OK. Now I'm confused. I just went to an ASPX website for a company I'm doing an Android app for. The website asked me for a username and password... instead of responding in the browser window I cancelled and appended the username:password@ to the website and it works. Are you telling me that website is FTP ?? (Can't give you the link, sorry) |
