Optimal way to implement very big redirect list in Apache2 Do you have any data on performance? i.e. How much slower than a "normal" request is it? |

Will seach engine determine the page title and meta tags content dynamically generated in a CMS Simplifying a bit: A crawler or spider is just like any regular internet user who receives pages with a browser, clicks on links and receives other pages. Anything that a user can browse to a crawler can. Treating crawlers differently (something you can force) is actually bad and may lead to you site being penalized. |

Total / Lifetime Sales on Magento Dashboard is incorrect I know the total is wrong because I know how much the total was before updating. The total is not 0. The test order was added after changing the state to Processing. See my own answer below. |

Other than Google, how do I decide which search engines to optimize for? I think he means HTML, CSS... standards and he's quite right. After all the most important thing in a page is its content and what search engines try to deliver is the best content for a certain query so I think people shouldn't worry so much about trying to trick Google & Co. into doing what they want and simply write quality content that will naturally do well in any search engine or human site directory simply because its quality! Part of writing good content is adhering to standards that give no accesibility problems and deliver a readable page in most if not all browsers. |

URLs: Should I use hyphens or underscores? @Kinopiko Without justification it might not be the best answer but together with Jason Birch's answer you get justification + example. I think one can safely assume that people at SO, SF etc. know what they're doing so it is a good example of how you should do it. |
