I'm a passionate front-end developer living in Williston, Vermont with my head in the data clouds. And I'm a ferret kind of guy.

The filter applies to the profiles it's set on, so once you create the filter you can use any and all reports within that profile as you normally would. It's best practice to maintain a "Raw Data" profile that has no filters on it, in case you ever need to reference some data that you omitted, either intentionally or otherwise. It's also beneficial to add annotations to your reports of when you make changes like that - easy to forget when you're looking back.

comment Missing data for specific language in Google Analytics
Where in the reports are you looking? If the language identifier is in the URL do a quick search in your content report to confirm they're being captured. If they are, you'll want to look into segmenting that out via filters, advanced segments or new UA numbers.

comment Process of automating domain registration?
Once the domain is registered, propagated, and pointed, will each page in the directory on the original domain appear on the new domain? I'm not looking for a redirect; more like virtual hosts in xampp or mamp.
