Homepage not showing on Google If you have your OLD site submitted to Webmaster Tools, there is an option to notify them that you've moved your site. You can create a 301 redirect in your .htaccess file, and no Wordpress does not automatically submit a new sitemap, although the new pages will be indexed as Google continues to crawl your site periodically. |

Access a PLESK website before propagation? Yea I got the updgrade a few days after I asked this question. Can't believe it took them 10 versions to add that feature, and everyone's looking at me like I'm crazy when I ask "How can I test the site before it's launched?" lol |

Ad Block is blocking some images, excluding others, on a site I host Very true. After reviewing the code, I'm even more vexed. The domain name is just a name (i.e. johnsmith.com), the directory is /buttons/, and the file names are all the image size and the color (ex. 460x70-blue.gif). Maybe it's buttons... but I'm still confused because they are all in that directory. Thanks for providing the insight, though. |
