comment PHP 5.6.6 loading but not interpreting in Apache2.4 64 bit Windows
Are you using standard, long-form <?php tags? What, exactly, does a bit of your php code look like while mixed into html, when it doesn't show when the page loads? Are you sure that it doesn't show up even when you "view source" on a normal test.php page?

comment Spam site re-proxying my site, how do I stop this?
My concern wasn't with the copied content with is purposefully copyleft, but rather the hotlinking of js & img resources and the potential to confuse google and bring down my rank. I clarified in the question itself. I added a canonical tag in the source, and I think that I'll probably move to just https and I expect that'll make the site less of a low-hanging fruit target. I was also looking for approaches of how to prevent such behavior, which I think I have found enough fuel for in the answers here.

comment Identical spam coming from many different (but similar) IP addresses
I'm saying that the regexes & pattern matchers could easily cause more trouble than the spam they block for the apache & IIS examples (the nginx one is pretty straightforward). RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^122\.(1*7*[6-9]*)\.([0-1]*[0-5]*[0-6]*)\.([0-2]*[0-5]*[0-5]*)$ [NC] RewriteRule .* - [F,L] for instance, if it gets modified in the wrong way or the RewriteRule ending were to get dropped, could cause a lot of trouble for legitimate user, and no-one would ever know of it.

Excessively complicated, which means it'd be prone to failure and misconfiguration.

comment Why are these sites cloning my content, and how do I stop them?
copyscape.com Seems to be a good resource for finding duplicated content, that's how I found some copies of my site.

Indeed, however, that's a change from previous behavior.

comment Why aren't we supposed to use <table> in a design?
@ParthianShot Actually, <address> should only contain article author contact info or site owner contact info, but postal addresses matching those descriptions are actually fine. html5doctor.com/the-address-element (just take note that neither html5doctor.com nor the spec write the rules very understandably about using postal addresses)

comment Why are my posts omitted from Google search results when my site is listed in it?
Sounds like you'll want to create a sitemap, add it so it registers on google webmaster tools, and compare the tracked pages to the full listing.
