I am the owner of DCOM Productions, and have been developing software primarily in C#/.NET since 2002, and professionally since 2008. I am currently developing an issue tracking solution that I believe is simple, easy, but very much useful that will be publicly available soon. Outside of work I enjoy riding my BMX bike, watching motocross, and enjoying time with family.

Why do some hosting companies restrict the allowed characters in DB names? I'm not favouring one or the other, but websites often are hosting on a broad range of hardware configurations and operating systems over time, and it is good to follow good practice and standard that can apply to most configurations. |
