Can anyone help me breaking this code:

Table Layout - Gradient Panel

Into a Tabless layout using only divs?

The main purpose is to make the content area width and height fluid and keep the design.

Maybe I'll have to redo the slices ?

I'm open for opinions, I'll appreciate the help.
