I found Symfony Framework much advanced comparing to CakePHP and regarding video tutorials its pleasure to build application using Command Line Interface.

What I did not liked about CakePHP that half of framework adds compatibility to older versions of PHP which was unnecessary in my case.

And from points you have described that would be Zend Framework.
