I have recently set up a website design company. I already have a couple of clients in which I host their websites. Luckerly their email accounts are hosted elsewhere.

I have a client who hosts their emails address and website with another provider. It's easy for me to upload the website and create email accounts (the same as their current email accounts) however I don't want my clients to loose all there old emails (in their inboxes).

This could be a silly question, but how do I migrate their email inboxes to our email hosting provider without having to back up everyones email inboxes in outlook or the likes and re upload? Is it possible to migrate their inboxes automatically?

There are either too many possible answers, or good answers would be too long for this format. Please add details to narrow the answer set or to isolate an issue that can be answered in a few paragraphs. If this question can be reworded to fit the rules in the help center, please edit the question.
