I'm trying to redirect the address http://example.com/newsletters/January%20Newsletter%20 to http://example.com/newsletters/JanuaryNewsletter.pdf using cPanel's redirect manager, but it doesn't seem to work on files with no extension. To test this I've tried redirecting similar files but with a .txt extension, and everything works fine.

Any idea how I can get this redirect setup? My .htaccess looks like this:

RewriteEngine on

RewriteOptions inherit

IndexIgnore .htaccess */.??* *~ *# */HEADER* */README* */_vti*

<Limit GET POST>
order deny,allow
deny from all
allow from all
</Limit>
<Limit PUT DELETE>
order deny,allow
deny from all
</Limit>
AuthName lakevalleygolf.com

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^.*$
RewriteRule ^newsletters\/January\%20Newsletter\%20$ "http\:\/\/example\.com\/newsletters\/JanuaryNewsletter\.pdf" [R=301,L]

cPanel Redirect Manager
