You say me two opposite sentences. Could you, please, move my question to stack? I was sure, that "webmasters" about css, joomla, html, seo, javascript, design, hosting. Sorry me, please. –  user10274 Dec 9 '13 at 20:39

This question would be closed there, too, in its current form. You will need to expand on your answer and show the code that isn't working for it to be kept open there. –  John Conde Dec 9 '13 at 20:48

I'm about design, about web design. My question may sounds in another way: "Who and how conquerer such bad thing like default "White" background of browser, for dark-themes sites?" –  user10274 Dec 9 '13 at 22:48
